Trekking Program
Day 01: Delhi - Leh:
Arrive at Leh airport, to be received by our representative & transferred to the hotel. Take a full day rest at the hotel as you need to acclimatize well. Overnight Hotel in Leh.
Day 02: Sightseeing of Hemis, Thiksey and Shey:
After breakfast drive for a full day sightseeing with visits to Shey Palace, Thiksey and Hemis monasteries. Overnight Hotel in Leh.
Day 03: Leh - Chiling/Tilatdo to Shingra-gongma (3200m) 5 hrs drive (Taxi/Bus):
After breakfast drive towards Nimoo where the confluence of river Zanskar & Indus is, from there take left & drive along the Zanskar River till you reach Sumdado. At Chiling after Lunch visit the White Copper artists famous for their handmade works.After that walking towards Tilatdo (0.5hr) from where the Trek will start till you reach Shingra-gongma(5 hrs). Stay overnight in the tent.
Day 04: Trek Shingra-gongma to Deepyokma (3300m) 4 hrs.
After breakfast start the 4hrs trek to Deepyokma where you'll see no. of caves, Tsomo Paldar, naturally flowing spring water. Overnight camp.
Day 05: Deepyokma to Nyrakpulu (3400m) 4-5 hrs.
Start the trek to Deepyokma, after 4-5 hrs reach Nyarakpulu. Camp at irrigation field.Another 1hr walk up along with a small stream you will reach a beautiful village called Nyarak. From here Singee-La will be visible, which is a summer trek pass. Overnight camp.
Day 06:Nyarakpulu - Deepyokma (3300m) 5hrs:
Taking the same route back from Nyarakpulu to Tsomopaldar.Overnight camp.
Day 07: Trek Deepyokma - Tilatdo/Chilling/Leh (3200m) (6hrs trek & 3 hrs drive)
Trek back from Tsomopaldar to Shingra gongma, Tilatdo & then to chilling.Reach chilling and drive back to Leh.Overnight hotel.
Day 08: Leh - Delhi:
In the morning transfer to the airport from where you'll board the flight to Delhi.

30% Cancellation before 15 Days of tour Departure, within amount will be charged.
Any change (Flight ticket) in dates will not be made, if any changes required, rescheduling charges will be applied with Rs. 3000/- Per Person for two ways.

Dos and Don'ts for Chadar Trek
On arrival please rest for 24 hrs, as you are traveling to high Altitude from Low, due to low oxygen.
Have plenty of drinking water or any kind of liquid (except alcohol)
Please cooperate with the localities, potters , guide ,cook and driver as they of more helpful during trek.
Room heaters at hotel are LPG heater , so it is advised not to be used on first day of the Tour, as the body needs to acclimatize to Lower oxygen Level.
Transits between two destinations depend upon weather and road conditions.
Ladakh is a polythene free region, make sure not to use any polythene when not necessary.
Do not contaminate the area by not disposing the waste properly.
Leave your denims behind - these are ill suited for treks. Snacks, colas, alcohol and personal food - No need to overburden yourself with food
Don't get any equipment. We would carrying Alpine tents, ice-axes, and other equipment required for such treks.
After packing, weigh your gear. It should be in the range of 10-15 kg - preferably on the lighter side. Anything heavier, you will need to iterate and remove what is not essential.
Carry light and what is essential. As an example, toothpaste should be bought in small size (that can last you 10 days). Do not plan for "if" situations. The list of things mentioned here are exactly what you need and nothing more.
Medicines of all kinds are usually available in local pharmacies with no prescription necessary. Check expiration dates.
Water bottles . The insulated water bottles are good but even normal water bottles will suffice.
Camera, memory-cards, batteries etc (carry enough spare batteries. Electricity is not available on the slopes)
Personal toiletries/wind cheater/Tissue rolls.
If available than Pair of walking sticks.
An identification card (like driving license, voters ID card etc), along with a photocopy

Avoid Acute Mountain Sickness
Acute mountain sickness can occur to anyone at an altitude above 10,000 feet's from the sea level. The most common symptoms of the acute mountain sickness are headache disturbed sleep, loss of appetite, nausea, coughing, irregular breathing, breathlessness, lassitude and lack of concentration, Since Leh Town is situated at an attitude of 11,500ft.above sea level, it is advisable to take the following precaution, so as to acclimatize your body properly.
